Product Function and Role
The Double H Valve is the core control valve for the pneumatic shift system in heavy-duty truck transmissions. Its primary function is to control the switching between high and low gear ranges . It receives the air pressure signal from the cab shift lever to actuate the shift cylinder inside the transmission, enabling the conversion of the range gear or splitter gear.

Primary Application
This part belongs to the transmission pneumatic cotrol system and is mainly used in SINOTRUK 12-speed or 16-speed manual transmissions. When the vehicle needs to climb slopes or start under heavy loads, the low gear range (high torque) is used. For high-speed driving on flat roads, the system switches to the high gear range (high speed). The Double H Valve is the key component that enables this action.
